Chaetarthria cf. seminulum

You might call this minute 1.5 mm beetle a "dweller on the threshold", for it lives against the waterline on the border, often crawled away in the mud. When it gets under water, it will try to climb out, because it cannot swim, but will dangle quite helpless like on the pictures above.
